Application

Simply choose the categories you wish to enter and produce an entry to impress. Please submit one PDF document consisting of 500-1000 words as well as 1-6 images in jpeg format with captions. Explain why your practice or the individual/team deserves to win. You can nominate yourself, a team or an individual. All entrants will be judged on their own merits. Judges or editorial staff will not enter into correspondence regarding competition entries. The final deadline for all entries is November 2, 2012.
