Quality Assurance Specialist
 

To further strengthen our department of Quality Assurance in Gothenburg, Sweden we are now looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist. As Quality Assurance Specialist you are responsible for driving and developing the continuous improvement processes in Nobel Biocare in a systematic and organized way. Further, you are responsible for driving the improvement of the Postmarket Surveillance process, in order to increase our customer’s satisfaction.

Main tasks:

- Identify improvement areas and creating routines and processes for continuous improvements
- Coordinate work for continuous improvement between all sites within Nobel Biocare
- Develop and implement improvements of the Postmarket Surveillance process
- Development and implementation of Quality Management System including SOP’s
- Identify and drive improvements related to customer satisfaction criteria
- Support and work closely with local Quality Assurance Managers in developing the Quality Management System
- Train, present and sell the concept of quality improvements
- Improve global quality tools and improve awareness of quality assurance globally
- Support process development

Your profile:

- University Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 5 years’ experience of managing improvement processes in international organizations
- Experience and certification in 6-sigma or similar Quality Tools
- Excellent project management skills and in managing implementation of new processes
- Advanced experience of applying and improving quality and continuous improvement strategies
- Experience in developing Customer Satisfaction processes
- Knowledge and experience of ISO 13485 or equivalent Quality Management System
- Ability to work systematically and independently
- Coordinating, structured, persuasive and innovative approach
- Fluency in Swedish and English (spoken and written)
- Good knowledge in MS Office
