Lo scopo del corso è quello di offrire una maggiore conoscenza dell'utilizzo del Laser ceh vede la sua diffusione e il suo utilizzo sempre più crescente in tutti gli ambiti dell'Odontoiatria. La presenza di un altissimo numero di docenti di fama internazionale riuniti per ogni argomento al fine di fornire tutte le conoscenze e novità del campo assicura un insegnamento per chi non è ancora introdotto nell'argomento mentre rappresenta un momento di confronto e di approfondimento per i professionisti che già utilizzano il Laser.

Non per ultimo i crediti formativi a disposizione permettono di assolvere a quanto imposto della normativa vigente.

Dopo il successo del Corso di Aggiornamento Dal trattamento endodontico al restauro del dente” la programmazione culturale dell’Accademia Italiana di Endodonzia continua. Il secondo appuntamento dell'anno, previsto come di consueto per il mese di maggio, sarà incentrato sul tema, fondamentale, della prevenzione del contenzioso in odontoiatria.

Il corso si prefigge infatti l'obiettivo di fornire agli operatori in campo odontoiatrico un approfondimento medico-legale e giurisprudenziale in grado di puntualizzare e chiarire le modalità di informazione, consenso e gestione dei dati clinici, nonché le obbligazioni fra le parti.

Le tematiche saranno sviluppate prendendo in considerazione tre diversi punti di vista: quello del medico legale, quello dell’avvocato e quello del clinico con competenze in odontoiatria forense.

La giornata sarà coordinata dal Dott. Massimo Mariani, esperto Socio Attivo AIE, e si concluderà con una Tavola Rotonda in cui i partecipanti potranno confrontarsi con tutti i Relatori e porre loro le proprie domande.

Il corso darà diritto a 4,5 crediti ECM.

Obiettivo formativo

Si forniranno ai partecipanti le nozioni sull’origine e la gestione dei confl itti con il paziente odontoiatrico. I partecipanti saranno in grado di utilizzare tecniche di comunicazione effi caci per la gestione dello studio, compresi gli aspetti fi nanziari, e la prevenzione del contenzioso.

Abstract

L’importanza dell’approccio comunicativo, centrato sul paziente nella prevenzione dei confl itti, viene trattato nelle varie fasi del rapporto paziente-studio. I risvolti positivi si vedono dalla maggior compliance del paziente alla terapia e, in fi ne, da una diminuzione dei contenziosi legali.

Dear Colleagues,

On behalf of the organizing committee, it is a great pleasure to invite you to the 9th World Endodontic Congress of IFEA which will be held on May 23rd to 26th, 2013 at Tokyo International Forum in the Tokyo, Japan. We would like to submit as its main theme 'Shaping the Future of Endodontics'. This is the first international congress on endodontics in Japan that we, Japan Endodontic Association (JEA) members have always desired to hold.

JEA was established in 1981 as the only specialized association on endodontics in Japan. JEA members are attempting to implement this with senses of challenge and responsibility to help patients to spend a healthy life through endodontic treatment based on scientific evidence. We believe that this Congress will provide privileges not only to experience and learn comprehensive and updated trends worldwide, but also to appreciate endodontic techniques undertaken in Japan.

As you may know, Japan had the tragedy on the March 11 2011, triggered by large earthquakes and big tsunamis, and further disaster with the accident at the nuclear power plant. However, now we are recovering steadily encouraged by the hearty worldwide support. JEA members also appreciate very much the great and kind encouragement and concern from IFEA members.

As the 9th WEC President, Professor Hideaki Suda is managing the organizing committee energetically and successfully, and arranging attractive programs.

Tokyo, a capital city politically and economically, is located in the middle of Japan. So it is very convenient to travel from Tokyo not only to historically famous cities, such as Kyoto and Osaka, but to other cities in Hokkaido, Tohoku, Kyushu, and so on. In addition, May is the most pleasant time of year in Japan, enjoying a crisp, spring climate.

We hope that we will have many participants worldwide and a significant and fruitful Congress. We are looking forward to seeing you in Tokyo.
