According to preliminary figures more than 350 exhibitors and more than 26,000 participants were registered at the Dental Salon 2010 in April. Most of exhibitors stayed totally satisfied by the results of the show and applied for the same or bigger stands for the next meeting - Dental-Expo to take place at the same location.
Dental-Expo is traditionally considered as dental show No.1 in Russia attracting more than 400 exhibitors worldwide. The organizers plan to further extend and cultivate the supporting program and expect stronger international participation.
Dental-Expo Moscow is held as a part of Moscow International Dental Forum including also annual Congress and conference of Russian Dental Association (RDA). The events are held under support of Ministry of Health and Social Development of Russia, Russian Dental Industry Association (RDI), Moscow State Medical & Dental University (MSMSU), Central Institute of Science and Research in Dentistry (CNNIS), Moscow Association of Private Dental Practices.

Liebe Kolleginnen und Kollegen,
Die Schweizer Parodontologie jährt sich im 2010 zum vierzigsten Mal – ein guter Grund den Jahreskongress in Basel zu besuchen. Einen Über- und Einblick in diese 40 Jahre wird Dr. Leu am Freitagabend geben. Beginnen wird die Veranstaltung am Donnerstagnachmittag mit dem Vorkurs, bei dem die Periimplantitis im Vordergrund steht. Dieser widmet sich den Schwerpunkten „Aktuelle Diagnostik und Prävalenz der Periimplantitis“ sowie „Konservative und chirurgische Therapieverfahren“.
Das wissenschaftliche Hauptprogramm am Freitag, setzt sich mit klini schen Aspekten der Parodontologie – von der Diagnostik zur Parodontalchirurgie bis hin zum Risikomanagement – auseinander und ist als ein Update für die KollegInnen aus der Privatpraxis gedacht. Themen sind:
