Finalità del corso:

Il corso ha o scopo di fornire ai medici chirurghi e agli odontoiatri una formazione teorico-pratica sulle tecnologie laser, sulle caratteristiche e le diverse lunghezze d'onda e sulle possibili applicazioni delle stesse, a tutti i tessuti della cavità orale.

Message from the President of the XXIst EACMFS Congress:

Dear Colleagues and Friends,

Four decades ago, in September 1972, the first Congress of the European Association for Cranio-Maxillo-Facial Surgery was held in Ljubljana under presidency of professor Čelesnik. Among the organizers was Ivo Čupar founder of Maxillofacial Surgery in Croatia. Today, it is my honour to invite you to the 21st Congress of the European Association for Cranio-Maxillo-Facial Surgery to be held in Dubrovnik, Croatia, September 11th − 15th 2012., under the Auspices of the President of the Republic of Croatia, Ivo Josipović.

The Congress, with pre-Congress Courses, will offer a rich scientific program including keynote addresses by world experts, panel discussions, oral presentations and poster sessions as well as sponsored symposia. The meeting will give the opportunity to meet old friends and gain new ones.

Dubrovnik is inscribed on the List of World Heritage Sites by unesco and it is the one of the most attractive and famous cities in the world. The city is a highlight of the Adriatic and the whole of Croatia. It is not easy to write about Dubrovnik, it has to be seen and, in particular, experience its history which is reflected in the fascinating and numerous city streets, churches, museums and beaches.

I would like to invite all maxillofacial surgeons sharing the same field of work, as well as all colleagues from related disciplines to join us in the magical City of Dubrovnik.
