Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations, the primary duties of this position are support of sales teams CRM tools training and support, reporting for sales and marketing, support of lead generation processes and the Inside Sales team. Additional duties include the support and development of new efficiencies and scalability of the lead-to-sales process between multiple lead sources (Inside Sales, Marketing, etc.) and the field, and ensuring precise monitoring of the follow-up activities and sales conversions through pipeline management (IANOS).

 

Job Responsibilities

This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

Drive the Sales Excellence Approach in NAM

 

Build and support processes for Sales Management and our Sales Teams to achieve continual growth in New Customer Acquisition and Existing Customers

  • Maximize sales tools in CRM such as activity and pipeline management, lead to sales process, segmentation of customers and other analytics to drive new business conversions and growth of current our customers.
  • Create discipline with Sales Leaders to ensure all CRM tools and reporting are effectively used to coach their teams to drive the right behaviors for long term success
  • Train and provide ongoing support to sales teams on sales tools such as Activity and Opportunity management, Lead Generation, and other reports.

 

Link Reporting Analytics to Business Objectives

  • Create and build reporting to improve our effectiveness to deliver data to our Sales Force by making it straightforward and accessible
  • Provide actionable analysis of the data to drive selling priorities and behaviors
  • Ensure Sales Leaders utilize the data analytics in their management and coaching
  • Implement Business Intelligence technologies across North America

 

Collaborate with Global Sales Excellence team and other departments

  • Collaborate with the Global Sales Excellence Team on the development of new processes and tools and the sharing of best practice.
  • Test, launch and train the Sales Force on the new processes and tools in collaboration with the Global Sales Excellence Team
  • Attend and host meetings with Marketing to ensure proper alignment, execution of processes, and effective reporting
  •  Provide ad-hoc support to Sales Teams and other departments, incl. Marketing
  • Collaborate with local SAP team to ensure alignment on processes

Support and enhance an efficient and effective Lead Management model for NAM

 

Manage processes and reporting to support Lead Management and Operations

  • Maximizing sales tools such as CRM, activity and pipeline management, lead management and other analytics to drive existing processes
  • Optimize workflows and ensure the department can be effective and efficient in transferring and monitoring multiple sources of leads
  • Provide ongoing support to sales teams on lead generation processes
  • Recommend methods to improve existing lead management processes

 

Ensure leads are being followed up on and help to increase the conversion rates

  • Assess opportunities and gaps in the current sales force follow-up activities
  • Assess opportunities and gaps in the conversion rates
  • Recommend methods to improve the organizational effectiveness and help to increase follow up from the sales teams in order to increase the conversion rates

Qualifications

 Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or comparable years in relevant field; at least 3 years as an analyst
  • Experience working with field or inside sales teams is strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel and pivot tables required
  • Ability to design and manage reports with large amounts of data
  • Experience working with a CRM system and SAP required
  • Experience working with a Business Intelligence tool strongly preferred
  • Self-driven individual, with the ability to drive projects with low level of supervision
  • Strong oral and written communications, including presentation skills, are required
  • High aptitude for research, analysis and formalization
  • Strong team, organizational and business acumen skills are necessary
