In a free upcoming Straumann Group webinar on Monday, 2 December, host Dr Abid Faqir is tackling the subject of immediate implant placement. He has a broad range of skills and knowledge and has had extensive training both in the UK and overseas in the field of implantology. Faqir will focus on some of the particulars around the subject, providing tips and tricks along the way.
During the webinar, Faqir will discuss what he believes are the benefits of immediate implant placement and provide indications and options, along with protocols, to help make the treatment modality as predictable as possible.
Faqir graduated from the Glasgow Dental School and then went on to attain his Diploma of Membership at the Faculty of Dental Surgery in Edinburgh, followed by a master’s degree at the University of Glasgow. Since then, he has gained a Diploma in Implant Dentistry from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.
The 1-hour webinar, titled “Straumann® BLX | The immediate solution”, will be broadcast live on Monday, 2 December, at 6 p.m. GMT. Attendance is free of charge after easy registration on the website. Participants will be able to ask questions via a chat window and have the opportunity to earn a continuing education credit by completing a multiple-choice questionnaire on the topic.
