Dr Graham Gardner, UK

Dr Graham Gardner qualified as a general dentist in 1984 and as a specialist orthodontist in 1991 at the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa. Since then, he has been involved exclusively in orthodontic practices in South Africa and the UK. He has been using Invisalign since it was first introduced to the UK and has been awarded the prestigious Diamond Invisalign provider status.

Dr Gardner is a clinical speaker for Align Technology, for which he runs Invisalign accreditation and master classes for general dentists, orthodontists and consultants in the UK and Ireland and provides one-on-one mentoring for a group of Irish specialist orthodontists. He represents the UK on the European clinical advisory board for Align Technology.

He is a member of the British General Dental Council and of the Orthodontic Specialist Group of the British Orthodontic Society, a fellow of the World Federation of Orthodontists and a past president of the Eastern Cape branch of the South African Dental Association. Dr Gardner is a founder member of the Invisible Orthodontist group in the UK and fulfils the role of clinical educator within this organisation. He is proud to have been the first president of the European Aligner Society (2016–2017).
