Universal flowable composite simplifies restorations
This next-generation flowable composite simplifies restorative procedures with a streamlined, no-shade-guide approach. Available in two flowability options—Low and Super Low—and two universally blending shades, U and UD, CLEARFIL MAJESTY ES Flow Universal adapts to the surrounding tooth structure for natural-looking restorations with minimal shade selection.
The material is an essential part of the Universal Excellence restorative workflow, combining aesthetic integration with mechanical strength comparable to many paste-type composites. It supports a broad range of clinical applications, including direct restorations, intraoral repairs and luting of thin indirect restorations.
Key indications include:
- direct restorations across all cavity classes;
- management of cervical lesions, such as root caries and V-shaped defects, as well as tooth wear and erosion;
- use as a base or liner under composite restorations;
- corrections of tooth shape and position;
- intra-oral repair of fractured ceramic or composite restorations; and
- cementation of inlays, onlays and veneers with a thickness of less than 2 mm.
Key features include:
- a simplified shade system with two adaptive shades for easy selection and reduced inventory requirements;
- dual flowability options that provide non-sticky, controllable handling for precise placement and sculpting;
- high strength and durability that support use in stress-bearing areas, including occlusal surfaces;
- quick polishing properties and gloss retention for long-lasting aesthetics; and
- a smart syringe design that minimises air bubble formation, prevents dripping and supports precise application.
With its formulation and versatile performance, CLEARFIL MAJESTY ES Flow Universal supports efficient restorative workflows and a wide range of aesthetic applications.
