MADRID, Spain: Atlantis Editorial, a Spain-based publisher of scientific dental books, has announced the upcoming release of two new books, one on orthodontics and the other on prosthetics. Atlantis Editorial also produces Dental Tribune Spain.
The first book is titled Ortodoncia. Ciencia y Evidencia [Orthodontics: Science and Evidence] and is scheduled to be published in May or June. The editors are Drs B.H. García-Coffín and Pedro Colino. The many contributors to the book include Drs Luís Carriere, A. Martínez-González, Manuel Miguez, Lagravere, Alberto Albaladejo and D. Segovia.
To be published in September, the second book is titled Prótesis sobre dientes e Implantes. Bases diagnósticas y procedimientos restauradores [Prostheses on Teeth and Implants: Diagnostic Bases and Restorative Procedures] and edited by Drs Osvaldo T. Cacciacane and Guillermo Pradíes. A large number of high-level collaborators from various countries produced the 31 chapters, which cover the following topics among others: stomatognathic systems, intermaxillary articulators and registration, fundamentals of occlusion, diagnosis and planning in fixed prosthetics, and biomimetics in dental materials.
Atlantis Editorial is inviting EXPODENTAL attendees to visit its booth (5E06) to learn more.
