DUBAI, UAE: At this year’s AEEDC Dubai, which opened today and runs until Wednesday, OSSVIS is presenting its Lilivis digital ecosystem, which combines intra-oral scanning, CAD/CAM design, milling, 3D printing and implant planning in a single workflow, aiming to support efficient and cost-effective digital dentistry.
At the centre of the system is Lilivis SCAN, an intra-oral scanner designed to reduce training time. According to OSSVIS, most clinicians can begin chairside use after around 2 hours, supported by real-time guidance and automatic occlusion detection. The scanner features a 15 × 18 mm field of view for full-arch capture, and optical filtering intended to maintain accuracy on reflective surfaces.
Scan data transfers to OSSVIS’ proprietary L-CAD and L-CAM software. This integrated platform is designed to avoid compatibility issues that can arise in mixed-vendor environments and provides a clear interface intended to support efficient restorative design for both clinicians and technicians. L-CAD and L-CAM are offered without annual subscription fees.
The OSSVIS booth (#2F14) is located in Hall 2 of AEEDC Dubai.
OSSVIS is presenting its Lilivis digital ecosystem.
For in-house production, the ecosystem includes Lilivis MILL.
For in-house production, the ecosystem includes Lilivis MILL and Lilivis PRINT. OSSVIS says Lilivis MILL incorporates its proprietary DualCraft strategy, designed to mill two restorations from a single block, helping reduce material use and production time. The company adds that a high-performance spindle and a compressor-free, pure-water cooling system are intended to reduce noise and maintenance requirements.
Attendees of AEEDC Dubai can experience product presentations of the OCTiX scanner.
Lilivis PRINT supports a range of clinical print applications, including temporary and permanent prosthetics, surgical guides, splints and dental models. Direct integration with Lilivis SCAN and L-CAD via the L-Works platform enables a step-by-step printing workflow, which reduces complexity and working time while supporting stable and consistent results.
The ecosystem also includes Lilivis Implant for implant planning and surgical guide design within the same data environment. OSSVIS says that maintaining a unified data flow across devices can help reduce errors and support predictable outcomes from initial scan to final restoration.
Alongside the workflow, OSSVIS is promoting its OCTiX scanner, which combines intra-oral scanning with optical coherence tomography (OCT). The company says OCTiX provides cross-sectional imaging of internal structures and restoration margins, helping clinicians visualise subgingival margins without cord packing or impression materials.
At AEEDC Dubai, OSSVIS is seeking new distributor partnerships aimed at expanding access to digital dentistry. Attendees can find out more about the company and its product portfolio at Booth 2F14. More information is available at www.ossvis.com.
