Celebrating the 30^th anniversary

The 30^th KRAKDENT fair anniversary is a splendid occasion to reminisce about the fair's journey, delve into its rich history, and appreciate the evolution across its editions.

The inaugural International Dental Trade Fair in Krakow was held in 1993, initially named DENTAMED, and was rebranded to KRAKDENT in 1997. From 1993 to 1997, Sławomir Gąsiorowski led the event, and in 1998, Beata Simon assumed the role of Project Manager. Since its inception at Nowohucka 41 Street, the fair has seen various venues, including a one-time edition at the AGH University of Science and Technology and Jagiellonian University's Physical Education Center in 1996, before moving to Rakowicka 29 Street for three editions. From 2000 to 2005, the fair relocated to Gabrieli Zapolskiej 38 Street, and in 2006, it moved to Centralna 41A Street for nine years.

In 2015, the fair found its new home at EXPO Kraków on Galicyjska 9 Street, offering a modern and versatile venue that propelled the event to new heights. Each iteration of the fair has been a chance to foster growth and bring together a community of dental professionals, including dentists, dental technicians, assistants, hygienists, and innovators in dental technology.

This anniversary serves as a reflective moment to look back at the fair's history and its evolution over the years.
