CHARLOTTE, N.C., US: Dentsply Sirona has announced that registration is now open for Dentsply Sirona (DS) World Las Vegas 2026, which will take place on 24–26 September at the MGM Grand Conference Center in the US. Redesigned in response to attendee feedback, the clinical education and networking event will now be held biennially and will place an even stronger emphasis on hands-on education for general dentists, specialists and dental teams.

Designed to deliver practical, skills-based learning that supports meaningful improvements in daily practice, DS World Las Vegas 2026 will feature more than 60 hands-on training opportunities—up from 18 in 2025—as well as 35 lectures. Dentists will be able to earn up to 15 continuing education credits, and the event will also offer training tailored to dental hygienists and assistants, as well as practice managers and laboratory staff.

The programme is focused on helping dental professionals strengthen their clinical practice, improve their operational efficiency and achieve sustainable practice growth, and attendees will hear from both new and returning clinical educators. Dr Jason Ford, a general and cosmetic dentist practising in Kentucky in the US, will make his first appearance at DS World. On each of the three days, he will lead a workshop titled “Foundational surgical skills for future implant dentists: Extraction and suturing intensive”, which will focus on building confidence through immersive, technique-driven training. Dr Varisha Parikh, a prosthodontist in Los Angeles in the US and digital dentistry educator who presented at the event in 2022 and 2024, will return this year to deliver two lectures on advanced digital workflows and real-world restorative strategies.

Mark Bezjak, group vice-president of the Americas at Dentsply Sirona, commented that the event will provide a practical and immersive demonstration of the company’s vision of connected dentistry. “Attendees can expect deeper clinical learning, stronger connections across the dental ecosystem and, true to DS World tradition, important innovations that will continue to shape the future of dentistry,” he said.

Education, community and innovation

DS World Las Vegas is part of the global DS World series, which features local events across Europe and the Middle East too. The most recent event was held in Bonn in Germany. Beyond continuing education and training, DS World brings the dental community together through peer-to-peer learning, shared experiences and collaborative discussions.

The events also connect education with innovation through hands-on demonstrations, expert-led product sessions and integrated workflow experiences, helping attendees see how technology fits into real-world practice environments and how it can support efficiency, professional and practice growth and patient care.

The course programme for DS World Las Vegas 2026 is available online, enabling dental professionals to plan their time away from the office with confidence and to align their continuing education with their practice-related goals. More information and registration is available on the event website.
