GANGNEUNG, South Korea: HASSBIO, a specialist in dental ceramic materials, has launched a global online shop and redesigned its corporate website to improve accessibility and the user experience for international customers. The upgraded digital platform aims to provide dentists and dental technicians with easier access to information on dental CAD/CAM materials and ceramic solutions.

The website has been restructured to enable more efficient navigation. Resources that had previously been available in different places—including clinical cases, scientific data and research publications—have been consolidated into a single platform. Enhanced search functionality and improved content organisation make it easier for users to locate relevant information for clinical and laboratory use.

As part of the update, HASSBIO has also integrated its educational resources into the website. The platform provides access to product knowledge, clinical application guidance and digital workflow training content. It includes on-demand webinars as well as schedules for upcoming webinars and seminars, enabling continuous access to updated educational content.

In collaboration with Dental Tribune, HASSBIO has also launched the Institute of Dental Glass Ceramics platform, which is now integrated into the website. The initiative offers advanced educational content focused on materials science and the clinical application of HASSBIO products.

In addition, the company has introduced a global online shop, HASmall, providing a centralised platform for both product information and purchasing. Previously, access to product information was primarily available through regional distributors. The new platform allows dental professionals worldwide to explore the company’s product portfolio and material specifications directly, helping them identify and select appropriate solutions.

According to HASSBIO, the redesign of the website and launch of the online shop represents a strategic step towards strengthening global customer engagement and creating a more user-centred information hub.
