DynaCore is an allograft particulate for bone grafting procedures. It is available in mineralised cortical, cancellous and 80:20 cortical/cancellous mix formulations, as well as mineralised/demineralised 70:30 cortical and demineralised cortical options.

The material packs well into defects of different shapes, supporting surgical flexibility. It rehydrates for use alone or as a bone graft extender. Mineralised particulate provides an osteoconductive scaffold to encourage the attachment of osteogenic precursor cells and helps maintain space and volume at the defect site. Demineralised bone contains factors known to support osteoinductivity. DynaCore is designed for gradual resorption and replacement with the patient’s own bone and can be stored conveniently at ambient temperature.
