DynaMatrix is a resorbable extracellular matrix (ECM) membrane designed to remodel soft tissue. The intact, naturally occurring ECM is flexible enough to be rolled or folded, yet strong enough to be sutured or tacked.

The membrane can be easily cut when dry but will not tear when wet. A choice of thickness is available: DynaMatrix Plus is twice the thickness of standard DynaMatrix. The naturally bioactive membrane is derived from porcine small intestinal submucosa and supports soft-tissue healing and remodelling as it is absorbed.
