Dynamic Conical is part of Paltop, a contemporary implant system backed by science and innovation. The system offers six implant designs with advanced biological features, as well as surgical and restorative components. With two restorative connections engineered for marginal bone preservation and restorative flexibility, the system can be placed using the Premium Surgical Kit.

Dynamic Conical features a tightly sealed conical interface with a deep internal hex connection for high mechanical strength and platform switching to support bone preservation and soft tissue. The platform switch is designed to maintain crestal bone and increase soft-tissue volume around the implant platform, while microthreads provide even load distribution to stabilise and maintain crestal bone levels.

The implant also features a double-lead thread with a reverse buttress profile and a 0.8 mm thread pitch. Its K-LEAN sandblasted and acid-etched surface undergoes a multi-stage cleaning process using ultra-pure water to remove undesired residues while maintaining an intact oxide layer. A cutting apex supports controlled placement in challenging sites, and the apically tapered design allows under-preparation of the osteotomy and supports primary stability in soft bone.
