Science meets innovation

Prima Plus Conical Implants are part of the Paltop implant system, a contemporary implant line developed with advanced biological design, surgical and restorative components, and two restorative connections engineered for marginal bone preservation and restorative flexibility. The system can be placed using the Premium Surgical Kit and includes restorative components with a concave abutment profile designed to support long-term aesthetics. It also supports digital workflows and individual implant solutions, such as the Single-Unit Abutment System (SUA) and the Angulated Corrective System (ACS).

The implant features a deep internal hex connection designed to provide abutment stability and a versatile prosthetic connection. Microthreads and microgrooves support even load distribution to help stabilise and maintain crestal bone levels. The double-lead aggressive thread design has a 1.2 mm pitch, with threads increasing in the apical direction.

The K-LEAN sandblasted and acid-etched surface undergoes a multi-stage cleaning process using ultra-pure water to remove undesired residues while maintaining an intact oxide layer. A cutting apex supports bone engagement in indications such as immediate extraction sockets, poor bone quality and immediate loading, while the apically tapered implant design allows under-preparation of the osteotomy and supports primary stability in soft bone.
