VIENNA, Austria: Osstell, the company that developed the ISQ (Implant Stability Quotient) technology, is now announcing the next leap in the evolution of implant diagnostics with the introduction of the Osstell IDx Pro, designed to guide implant treatments for more predictable results. The company is showcasing its new product at the EAO congress.

Osstell’s patented technology allows clinicians working with implants to make decisions based on reliable and objective stability values when determining the course of treatment for each patient. The procedure is used to measure implant stability and monitor osseointegration to determine when to load the implant, thereby helping to prevent early failures, shortening healing time and ensuring predictable outcomes.

Recently, the company introduced the Osstell Beacon, an innovative and intuitive tool designed to guide implant treatments for more predictable results, as a complement to the more comprehensive Osstell IDx. The new Osstell IDx Pro combines the benefits of these two instruments, and additionally, the wireless technological device tells the clinician when an implant is ready for loading in a matter of seconds.

Furthermore, the Osstell IDx Pro allows access to OsstellConnect, an exclusive online service that provides relevant insights, allowing clinicians to enhance their implant treatment performance.

EAO attendees are welcome to visit Booth S42 to receive more information about the Osstell IDx Pro and other products of the company.

At the tenth Osstell Scientific Symposium, presented at the EAO congress, Osstell brought together renowned clinicians such as Dr Paul Rosen (US), Dr Francisco Barbosa (Spain), Dr Ulrike Kuchler (Austria) and Dr Marcus Dagnelid (Sweden) to discuss confidence and predictability in implant therapy and empowering new treatment techniques.
