Anna Middleton

Anna Middleton is a dedicated and passionate UK-based, multi-award-winning dental hygienist and therapist. She founded her business, London Hygienist, with the aim of changing how oral healthcare is delivered and improving access to dental services.

Middleton began her career as a dental nurse before studying at Eastman Dental Hospital in London. She qualified as a dental hygienist through the Faculty of Dental Surgery of the Royal College of Surgeons of England, also in London, in 2015. In 2020, she returned to university to broaden her scope of practice, completing her dental therapy training at the University of Essex’s Colchester campus and earning a BSc with honours in oral health science in 2021.

She is a key opinion leader and ambassador for several major dental brands and organisations, and regularly lectures and writes for both professional and consumer media.
