The full-arch accuracy of Helios 500 is only 20 μm. A full-arch scan can be completed in less than 30 seconds, rendering it one of the most accurate and fastest intra-oral scanners on the market.

Helios 500 can automatically and adaptively calibrate colour and accuracy, eliminating the need for manual calibration. Additionally, Helios 500 leverages artificial intelligence technology to quickly filter out soft tissue and provide users with a smooth scanning experience. At only 185 g, Helios 500 is one of the lightest scanners on the market and can therefore be easily transported between different work areas within a clinic. Helios 500 is equipped with two scanning tips to meet the needs of different patients and provide a comfortable treatment experience. In addition, the plug-and-scan approach as well as the 180° reversible tip bring great convenience to dentists’ work.

Helios 500 can output files in STL and PLY format, which helps ensure compatibility of the software and avoid difficulties in data transmission to CAD/CAM systems or processing.
