New products and services from exocad: AI-enabled services and minimally invasive dentistry in focus

COLOGNE, Germany: Exocad, an Align Technology company, is showcasing its latest developments, including new AI-enabled services, the upcoming Chemnitz release cycle, and a new concept of minimally invasive dentistry. The software company is unveiling its new testimonial campaign, featuring six renowned dental professionals and dedicated exocad users, and inviting interested users to try out the latest software features and releases at interactive ArCADe test-and-try stations.

Visitors can attend lectures by dental leaders and receive software demonstrations from exocad application specialists. “At exocad, we are committed to advancing digital dentistry and are always excited to present the exocad community with the latest innovations for cutting-edge CAD designs” said exocad Chief Commercial Officer and General Manager Novica Savic.

At the booth, visitors can explore the highlights of the new DentalCAD 3.2 Elefsina feature release, including TruSmile Video*, TruSmile Photo* and AI Design**. With TruSmile Video* and TruSmile Photo*, dental professionals can create achievable and highly emotional before-and-after visualisations based on individual tooth setups and treatment plans to strengthen patient engagement. Visitors will also learn how to generate high-quality design suggestions for single-unit crowns using the new AI Design** service from within DentalCAD. To use these new services, users can now purchase exocad Credits. Visitors will also get a first look at the exciting new features of the Chemnitz release cycle.

Minimally invasive dentistry on the rise

At IDS 2025, exocad is offering deeper insights into its new approach, which brings the fields of restorative dentistry and orthodontics closer together. Expert presenters Steven Campbell, Dr Eimear O’Connell, and exocad’s Niloofar Sotouhi will demonstrate exocad’s vision of comprehensive dentistry, where tooth movement is combined with restorative treatments in a minimally invasive way to preserve patients’ tooth mass.

Collaboration is key

With its new “hero” marketing campaign setting the tone, exocad shows how digital dentistry and teamwork drive transformation by focusing on collaboration between clinics and laboratories. For the first time at IDS, visitors can try out the latest software releases at exocad’s arCADe-style testand- try stations. The exocad application specialist team will answer visitors’ questions in live tutorials.

Charity initiative and 15th anniversary
