Dr Giorgio Oliva received his degree in dentistry from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Rome in Italy in 2016, specialised in orthodontics at the University of Brescia in Italy in 2019 and obtained a master’s degree in forensic odontology from the University of Florence in Italy in 2021. He completed a bachelor’s degree in statistics and big data at Universitas Mercatorum in Rome in 2025, and he is currently a PhD student in orthodontics at the University of Naples Federico II in Italy. He is also a partner in a private dental practice and provides orthodontic consulting services. Dr Oliva has authored several peer-reviewed papers in digital orthodontics, aligner therapy and applications of artificial intelligence in orthodontics, focusing on treatment predictability, 3D analysis and advanced statistical methodology. He is a member of the Italian Society of Orthodontics, European Orthodontic Society, and Italian Society of Biomechanics and Segmented Orthodontics.
