Phrozen – FORGE

Making metal dentistry more accessible and efficient

Metal 3D printing is now more accessible than ever. The FORGE metal 3D printer by Phrozen, set to be unveiled at IDS 2025, integrates high-speed laser technology with precision performance, enabling the production of titanium and cobalt-chromium restorations with consistency and accuracy. By reducing reliance on traditional casting methods, FORGE helps cut four to six hours of manual laboratory work, decrease material waste, and enhance overall productivity.

Equipped with a US-made 300W IPG laser and featuring a compact, desktop-sized design, FORGE supports the fabrication of dental implant bars, crowns, bridges, and removable partial denture frameworks with repeatable quality—making metal 3D printing a practical solution for modern dental laboratories.

Phrozen will present FORGE and its metal 3D printing capabilities at IDS 2025 on 28 March at 16:00 in Hall 11.3, Booth F081.
