SHINING 3D – MetiSmile

MetiSmile is a 3D face scanner for dental applications. It can quickly capture data for 3D modelling and assists clinical diagnosis with its advanced software algorithm. It is an integral component of digital dentistry, mainly used in clinical treatment, aesthetic restoration and occlusal reconstruction. In just 10 seconds, this highly sensitive scanner can take photographs of patients from multiple angles to simultaneously construct 3D facial data. Thanks to its three 1.3 MP data acquisition cameras and one 5.0 MP high-definition texture camera, it can produce a scanning accuracy of up to 50 μm. MetiSmile also captures elevated details of the teeth, and the software will align the face and intra-oral scans, displaying the patient’s facial and oral information comprehensively.
