Shinseki – ChamLion (PFM) & ChamTiger (Partial framework)

Shinseki International offers dental laboratory devices and materials in digital as well as in analog way. ChamLion is non precious metal alloy for metal ceramics containing cobalt, chromium, molybdenum and tungsten. The particle size is 10~50 μm, and the application area is for the metal cap for PFM. The bonding strength of this metal and porcelain powder is very ideal even without applying a separate bonding agent and the surface of the cap is very smooth after printing due to the fine particles and size.

ChamTiger is non-precious metal alloy for metal ceramics containing cobalt, chromium, molybdenum, manganese, and silicon, and is in the form of a powder with a particle size of 10-50 μm. It is used to make removable dental dentures, clasps, attachments, and upper structures for implants restorations.  These products are suitable to be processed in the exclusive equipment of the SLM (selective laser melting) type 3D printers using metal powder.
