GOTHENBURG, Sweden: The 2026 Implant Solutions World Summit opened yesterday at the Swedish Exhibition and Congress Centre, bringing together more than 1,000 clinicians and dental laboratory technicians from 49 countries. The three-day programme is continuing today with science-driven education, clinical exchange and discussions on innovation in implant dentistry.

Held under the theme “Future makers”, the summit features an international faculty representing 15 countries. The scientific programme includes sessions and masterclasses on peri-implantitis management, aesthetic treatment approaches, ridge augmentation and full-arch rehabilitation. Several sessions also address digital workflows and integrated treatment concepts, including digital planning, guided surgery protocols and connected workflows designed to support communication, treatment planning and clinical efficiency.

According to the organisers, the summit is intended to provide an environment in which clinicians can exchange ideas, discuss current challenges and explore solutions that support efficiency and predictable treatment outcomes. The programme combines scientific content with updates on implant solutions, digital dentistry and bone regeneration.

Alongside the scientific programme, the exhibition area offers participants the opportunity to meet product experts, explore implant solutions and experience digital workflows firsthand. The Inspiration Hub showcases innovations across implant systems, prosthetic solutions, regenerative materials and DS Core.

Combining scientific education, clinical insight, peer-to-peer networking and access to product specialists, the summit aims to support implant dentistry professionals in improving treatment outcomes and patient care. It also provides a platform for discussion on how implant solutions, digital dentistry and bone regeneration are advancing clinical practice.
