CHARLOTTE, N.C., US: At Dentsply Sirona (DS) World Las Vegas 2026, dental professionals will experience an education programme designed around a powerful idea: confidence does not come from knowing more; it comes from seeing how it all connects. The event, which is taking place from 24 to 26 September in the US, will equip dental professionals with practical, evidence-based strategies to help achieve more predictable outcomes, enhance the patient experience, streamline workflows and build greater clinical confidence.

Bringing together a distinguished line-up of clinical experts and industry thought leaders, this year’s main stage will feature evidence-based presentations and interdisciplinary case discussions. The programme is intended to provide clinicians with practical insights to help them navigate some of today’s most pressing challenges and understand developments shaping the future of dentistry.

The keynote and main stage speakers are:

  • Dr Melonie MacDonald, who will explore how digital workflows can improve clinical outcomes and drive stronger patient engagement and professional satisfaction;
  • Dr Luciano Retana, who will share four foundational prosthetic principles that support decision-making across a wide range of implant cases and can be implemented immediately in everyday practice;
  • Dr Sejal Thacker, who will discuss the evolution of systemic care and emerging treatment approaches for peri-implantitis, highlighting the growing connection between oral and systemic health;
  • Dr Maria Van Huffel and Devaughn Fraser, who will walk attendees through the Atlantis BridgeBase workflow and showcase how closer collaboration between clinicians and laboratory teams can simplify processes, strengthen communication and elevate patient care; and
  • Dr Vishal Sharma, who will showcase complex cases that demonstrate how interdisciplinary collaboration and connected workflows can increase treatment predictability and patient outcomes.

“What makes DS World Las Vegas unique is the opportunity to learn directly from clinicians who are successfully navigating the same challenges many dental professionals face today,” said Mark Bezjak, group vice-president of the Americas at Dentsply Sirona. “Attendees won’t just leave with new ideas. They’ll leave with practical insights, proven strategies and the confidence to implement meaningful changes in their practices and labs as soon as they return home.”

This year, DS World Las Vegas will also feature a dedicated laboratory track, offering education tailored specifically for laboratory teams and certified dental technicians. The programme will combine hands-on training and lecture-based education focused on digital dentures, implant restorations, aesthetic zirconia finishing, and digital collaboration between laboratories and clinicians.

Laboratory track attendees will have access to educational sessions covering:

  • the Lucitone Digital Print Denture post-printing workflow, including assembly, polymerisation and finishing;
  • Atlantis CustomBase restorative workflows;
  • staining and glazing techniques for Cercon zirconia restorations;
  • advanced digital denture trouble-shooting and workflow optimisation;
  • laboratory–clinician collaboration through Dentsply Sirona’s DS Core cloud platform;
  • Atlantis solutions for single-unit to full-arch implant cases, including Atlantis BridgeBase workflows; and
  • the value of Lucitone Digital Print in the context of the growing range of 3D-printing resins available to laboratories.

Beyond the main stage programme, DS World Las Vegas will offer more than 60 hands-on courses and over 30 lectures across the wider educational line-up, including the sessions for laboratory professionals. Attendees will be able to earn continuing education credits and will have access to networking opportunities, product demonstrations and insights into the latest innovations shaping the future of connected dentistry.
