Streamlined canal shaping for predictable outcomes

The XP-endo Rise Shaper is the latest innovation in FKG Dentaire’s XP-endo line, designed to enhance canal shaping with greater efficiency, flexibility and precision. Its redesigned tip improves control and predictability, while the adaptive design follows the natural anatomy of the root canal—ensuring optimal outcomes in both initial treatments and retreatments.

Compared with other rotary files, the XP-endo Rise demonstrates superior cyclic fatigue resistance and flexibility. Bench test data show it removes up to 98.9% of debris and achieves up to 99.5% bacterial reduction, significantly increasing disinfection while shortening treatment time.

The new XP-endo Rise Sequence simplifies initial root canal treatment by combining the XP-endo Rise Glider and XP-endo Rise Shaper in a single blister pack. This efficient two-file system enables a straightforward protocol with a minimum 030/.04 preparation in just 8/+3 strokes and is suitable for multiple use in up to eight standard root canals.

For retreatment, the XP-endo Rise Retreatment Sequence integrates D-Race DR1, XP-endo Rise Shaper and Finisher R. This advanced sequence facilitates the removal of root filling material while shortening chairside time. Unlike traditional solid-core NiTi files, the XP-endo Rise’s unique serpentine shape creates a corkscrew effect, encircling and extracting gutta-percha in large segments—up to twice as fast as conventional systems.
