GANGNEUNG, South Korea: HASS Bio, a leading innovator in dental materials and digital solutions, has announced the launch of the Amber Mill Design Center (AMDC), an artificial intelligence (AI)-driven platform supporting the digital transformation of dental practices and laboratories worldwide. Headquartered in South Korea, HASS Bio is recognised for its pioneering Amber Mill lithium disilicate technology. Building on its legacy of innovation in restorative and aesthetic dentistry, the company is now expanding into intelligent prosthetic workflows with the introduction of AMDC.

The AMDC platform marks a significant advancement in digital prosthetic workflows. It enables CAD/CAM-equipped practices to automate their processes with enhanced accuracy and speed. By uploading patient scan files, users can generate highly precise restorations. The AI engine analyses occlusion, margins and aesthetics to support a broad range of clinical cases, from standard treatments to complex indications.

Launch incentives include:

  • Free trial for new users: New subscribers receive ten complimentary AI-generated cases, providing a risk-free introduction to the platform.
  • AI design coupon with every HASS block: Each purchase of a HASS lithium disilicate block includes a complimentary AI design coupon to support digital workflow adoption.
  • Free AI services through August: As part of the launch promotion, AMDC services are available free of charge until 31 August.

While AMDC’s AI engine covers most clinical scenarios, users can opt for the Human Design service for complex or aesthetically demanding cases. This manual option, carried out by skilled dental technicians, is available for a fee of US$5 (€4.26*) per case.

Further details and registration for the free trial are available at www.ambermilldc.com.

* Calculated on the OANDA platform for 29 July 2025.
