PRAGUE, Czech Republic: In collaboration with OIC Europe, Osstem Europe has opened registration for this year’s Osstem Europe Meeting, which will take place at the Prague Congress Centre on 13 and 14 November. Held under the theme “Mastering the unexpected: Pathways from complications to predictable success”, the congress will gather dental professionals to explore how challenging cases can be translated into predictable outcomes in everyday practice.

The meeting is held on a biennial basis and is designed to reflect day-to-day clinical decision-making, covering diagnosis, surgical execution, restorative strategy and long-term tissue stability. According to the organiser, this year’s sessions will address topics including peri-implantitis, biologics, implant health, augmentation complications, guided surgery, digital planning and treatment in the aesthetic zone, providing practical guidance for daily workflows. The two-day scientific programme will feature an international speaker line-up including Dr Alberto Monje from Spain, Dr Nikos Mardas from the UK, Dr Darko Božić from Croatia and Dr Marco Tallarico from Italy.

“With fresh topics and an exciting mix of new voices on stage, the 2026 meeting will deliver practical, progressive education that resonates with every clinician,” said Dr Ieva Gendvilienė, speaker and chair of the OIC Europe communication committee.

Osstem Europe further announced that a number of pre-congress hands-on courses will take place on 12 November, which will cover topics such as digital sinus lifting, full-arch implantology, flapless surgery and digital workflows for guided implant surgery. Participants can earn three continuing education (CE) credits per course. An exception will be the course led by Dr Frank-Michael Maier from Germany, which will award 6 CE credits. All symposium participants will receive a digital certificate of participation confirming 9 CE credits.

In addition to the scientific programme, the Osstem Europe Meeting is intended to serve as a platform for professional networking. A highlight of the social programme will be the gala dinner at the historic Žofín Palace on 13 November from 7.30 p.m. to 11 p.m., offering an opportunity to exchange ideas with colleagues. Capacity is limited, providing an additional incentive to register early.

The meeting will also include a call for abstracts, inviting dental professionals to submit their work, offering emerging talent the opportunity to present alongside established experts. For dental surgeons, prosthodontists, periodontists, dental technicians and other professionals involved in implant dentistry, the meeting combines scientific exchange with practical discussion of complication management in clinical practice.

Early bird registration for the meeting is available at €499 until 5 April. The regular rate is €699. Further programme details and registration are available at osstem.eu/osstem-europe-meeting-2026.
