SEOUL, South Korea: In June, dental professionals from across Europe visited Seoul to attend the 2026 Osstem Europe Tour Seminar. Organised by Osstem Implant’s Czech subsidiary, the event provided attendees with first-hand insights into the company’s digital dentistry solutions and manufacturing infrastructure and supported the exchange of clinical knowledge and experience.
Seventy clinicians from Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Poland and Slovakia took part. The programme included tours of manufacturing facilities, as well as lectures and hands-on sessions focused on digital dentistry solutions.

Participants visited Osstem’s manufacturing facilities in Busan, where they gained insight into the company’s dental implant manufacturing and quality control procedures. At Osstem’s headquarters in Magok in Seoul, they explored the company’s research and development facilities and digital dentistry technologies. Product demonstrations focused on the integration of digital technologies into daily clinical practice, particularly in workflows involving intra-oral scanning, guided surgery and 3D printing.
In the event’s lecture programme, Prof. Darko Božić of the University of Zagreb in Croatia gave a presentation on aesthetic implant treatment strategies involving Osstem’s CAS KIT and OssBuilder. Prof. Chang-Joo Park of Hanyang University in South Korea discussed immediate implant placement and provisionalisation supported by digital solutions in combination with Osstem’s SOI implant and Scan Healing Abutment. The lectures were followed by candid group discussions about clinical experiences and current trends in implantology.
Commenting on the event, Minki Cho, managing director of Osstem Czech Republic, said: “It was a meaningful opportunity for European clinicians to experience Osstem Implant’s technology and clinical systems first hand while sharing diverse perspectives on the future direction of implant dentistry.” Cho added that Osstem plans to expand its global efforts to support academic exchange and collaboration between dental professionals in the years ahead.
