VIENNA, Austria: Beginning tomorrow, the International Osteology Symposium 2026 will bring together the global oral regeneration community at VIECON in Vienna. Held under the motto “Beyond Regeneration”, the meeting is expected to attract around 3,000 participants from 80 countries and nearly 100 speakers for three days of education, interaction and discussion on the future of regenerative dentistry.

Organised by the Osteology Foundation and held every three years, the symposium is intended to connect scientific advances with daily clinical practice. This year’s programme includes re-live surgeries, surgical demonstrations, workshops and clinical roundtables on topics such as flap management, peri-implant health, material selection and bone regeneration. Sessions will also explore artificial intelligence-driven diagnostics, digital workflows and next-generation biomaterials that are shaping regenerative care.

A dedicated Next Gen track will offer tailored sessions, mentorship and the Osteology Case Session and Competition for emerging specialists. To support the event’s international audience, some sessions will be available with live interpretation via a dedicated app in Chinese, French, German, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish. Social events in the exhibition area and Osteology Night will provide further opportunities for professional exchange.
