SÃO PAULO, Brazil: The collaborative venture between the Brazilian Medical Devices Manufacturers Association (ABIMO) and the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (Apex-Brasil)–the Brazilian Health Devices– will be presenting a new project at the 39th Congresso Internacional de Odontologia de São Paulo (CIOSP), Brazil’s largest dentistry congress. The primary mission of the new project is to promote all areas of Brazilian health and dentistry.
“ABIMO always believed in the relevance of those fairs [CIOSP] to enroll the industry, especially because of the networking. All the actions we realize between those four days of congress improve the relevance of the association to this segment,” said Paulo Henrique Fraccaro, ABIMO’s president.
As part of the project, foreign journalists, opinion leaders, mass media and representatives of a number of business associations will be taken to hospitals and clinics, universities, leading industry headquarters and to a variety of company stands during CIOSP. Through the tour, organizers hope that the full scope of the Brazilian industry can be promoted and that attendees can gain a better understanding of the work being done.
The Brazilian Health Devices brand brings together the sector's export industries and represents them internationally, with a focus on the health industry.
