MARBELLA, Spain: From 13 to 15 October, DentalForum EMEA will be held at Don Carlos Marbella. The event will bring together more than 140 senior executives and decision-makers from across Europe and the Middle East, representing the industry’s most influential dental support organisations (DSOs) and suppliers.
The three-day forum, chaired by Dr Anushika Brogan, managing and clinical director at UK DSO Damira Dental Studios, will combine thought-provoking content, one-to-one business meetings and dynamic networking. Attendees will gain insights into critical themes such as team-building, organisational culture, patient management and same-store growth.
The agenda will feature a dynamic line-up of thought leaders and innovators from across the dental industry. Attendees can look forward to the following presentations:
- Dr Chetan Mathias, industry key opinion leader and lead dentist at UK DSO Bhandal Dental Practices, and Christhard Mueller, head of BioHorizons Camlog’s DSO section for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, will explore how to build winning teams and systems in “The value of specialties for practice growth: Building winning teams and systems for success”.
- Niklas Virta, CEO of Swedish DSO Aqua Dental, will examine the importance of organisational culture in “Why culture and employees should be at the centre of a DSO”.
- In “From efficiency to impact: A DSO perspective on unlocking same-store growth”, Ariel Klein, purchasing director at Italian DSO DentalPro, and Dr Shilpa Julka, global head of marketing and education at Straumann Group Enterprise Solutions, will share actionable strategies to enhance profitability in practices already in the DSO network.
- Andrija Petar Bošnjak, chief dental officer at Croatian DSO Adria Dental Group, and Ivana Murati Petrović, head of operations, will co-present “Patient management steps: The role of a dental advisor in clinical excellence”, offering insight into elevating patient care through clinical advisory roles.
- In a session supported by Dentsply Sirona, Manuel Alfonso Fernandez, CEO of pan-European dental supplier Proclinic Group, will deliver a compelling case study, titled “The transformation process of Proclinic, and the vision towards DSOs”, offering a rare look behind the scenes of a successful organisational evolution.
Delegates will take part in pre-arranged, one-to-one speed meetings, ensuring purposeful engagement and supporting new business opportunities. The event will conclude with a celebration dinner on 14 October at an exclusive off-site location in Marbella.
