Dr Gergely Götz graduated in dentistry from Semmelweis University in Budapest in Hungary in 2001. He later earned specialist qualifications in conservative dentistry and prosthodontics and in orthodontics. As an assistant professor at Semmelweis University’s Faculty of Dentistry, he taught and supervised students for 11 years and co-authored peer-reviewed research in the Department of Paediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics. Since 2015, he has focused on private practice and lecturing. Dr Götz owns and manages a long-established dental practice in Budapest, where his clinical interests include the restoration of severely compromised teeth, combining endodontic, restorative and orthodontic approaches.
