BOREA – Rayplicker

Rayplicker is a solution consisting of a digital shade analyser, a dedicated software and a mobile application for processing and transferring data from the dental practice to the laboratory.

The spectrophotometer Rayplicker Handy is user-friendly, fast and precise. Thanks to its ergonomics and patented measuring head, it is possible to scan until premolar teeth. At each acquisition, the user can visualise the shade of the tooth in different segmentations: polarised image, overall shade analysis, three-part mapping, nine-part mapping, detailed mapping and translucency mapping of the tooth. The results are displayed according to different shade reference systems, such as the VITA Toothguide 3D-MASTER, VITA classical A1–D4, Chromascop, Shofu and Noritake shade guides, either in L*a*b* or L*C*h value.

The data collected with the Rayplicker Handy is sent to the Rayplicker Vision software, accompanied by contextual images taken with a camera or the Rayplicker Pics App Solution mobile app. Once the patient’s folder has been completed and recorded, the production order is placed and sent through the Borea Connect platform. The laboratory, also registered on the platform, instantly receives all the necessary information in order to realise a prosthesis that is faithful to the order. All this can be done from any computing device.
