GPAINNOVA – DLyte Mini

Launched at the Iternational Dental Show 2023, DLyte Mini is a solution for dental laboratories that are looking for ways to automate their polishing processes at a low outlay, while obtaining high-quality, consistent results in a single step in just 20 minutes. In addition, it is equipped with a plug-and-play system and an intuitive user interface for a user-friendly experience.

With the DryLyte technology, this device achieves mirror-finish results for cobalt-chromium removable partial dentures, crowns, bridges and bars. Its processes respect complex geometries and tight tolerances, and are fully repeatable.

No electrolyte conditioning system is required, since it is equipped with a two-stage cleaning system that thoroughly rinses the piece and removes any remaining electrolyte.

The system has also been designed to guarantee the lowest possible maintenance cost. This benefit, along with the process automation, reduces costs by up to 80%. Removable partial dentures will be homogenously finished, up to ten times faster compared to similar devices.
