Nobel Biocare set the industry standard for multi-unit abutments nearly 25 years ago—and now, the innovation continues! The company has launched the new version of its multi-unit abutments for the conical connection, which have been developed with both anatomy and practicality in mind. These abutments maintain compatibility with existing components, requiring no changes for existing users.

The new multi-unit abutments have been designed to increase space for soft and hard tissue, allow for sub-crestal implant placement, reduce the need for bone milling and improve posterior handling. To increase the space for soft and hard tissue, the updated range of multi-unit abutments now have a concave profile, a thinner platform and a slimmer emergence profile.

Each multi-unit abutment comes with a unique pre-mounted holder designed to simplify abutment seating. The holder has also been shortened to improve usability in spaces where access is limited.
