According to the event organizers, attendees of Dentsply Sirona World 2019 can look forward to presentations and workshops on Dentsply Sirona’s new products. These include the aforementioned Primescan, Azento, the company’s solution for single-tooth replacement, and the Astra Tech Implant System EV, which boasts a revised implant design with a deeper apical implant thread, making it easier to achieve ideal primary stability.

The educational program at Dentsply Sirona World 2019 will be of benefit to general practitioners, specialists, laboratory technicians, hygienists and assistance teams. Nearly 100 speakers will share their expertise at the event, and there will be opportunities for attendees to ask employees and early adopters questions about the company’s range of new developments and existing products.

Of course, Dentsply Sirona World 2019 would not be complete if it consisted solely of learning opportunities. This year’s agenda includes a 5-km “Treasure Trot” fun run on Friday morning, as well as a yoga session led by Tara Jae Winterhalter of Practice 11 on Saturday morning. At night, the focus will shift to the world-class entertainment on offer—legendary stand-up comedian Jerry Seinfeld will perform on Thursday night, and the Grammy Award-winning Zac Brown Band will be showcasing its country/rock tunes the following evening.

“Dentsply Sirona World tends to be the event of the year for the dental clinic,” Jo Massoels, Dentsply Sirona’s Vice President of Global Marketing and Solutions, told Dental Tribune International. “This year’s event is at a great location with lots of entertainment—there’s nothing like it in the world of dentistry.”
