COLOGNE, Germany: Dental laboratories seeking an efficient, affordable and high-quality polishing solution can benefit from DLyte Mini, the smallest polishing machine in GPAINNOVA’s DLyte series, which is currently on display at the International Dental Show (IDS). This tabletop device is designed to automate polishing processes with minimal investment, lowering production costs and delivering consistent, mirror-finish results in a single step.
DLyte Mini can polish cobalt-chrome removable partial dentures, crowns, bridges and bars with precision.
Employing the patented DryLyte Technology, DLyte Mini can polish cobalt-chrome removable partial dentures, crowns, bridges and bars with precision. The process respects complex geometries and tight tolerances while ensuring repeatability. Internal cavities, which are difficult to access with mechanical polishing, are seamlessly polished while original shapes and quality are preserved.
DLyte Mini significantly reduces polishing costs by up to 80% while maintaining a standardised production workflow. Unlike conventional polishing methods, it eliminates risks associated with free acids and toxic waste, making it safer for technicians. The dry electrolyte waste management system ensures that material removed from workpieces remains within the media, preventing contamination of waterways or drains.
As dental laboratories embrace digitised workflows, DLyte Mini facilitates a controlled and repeatable process that enhances efficiency. Its safe handling and minimal maintenance make it a practical solution for laboratories focusing on cost control, safety and high-quality output. As part of its commitment to continuous innovation, GPAINNOVA is actively working to further reduce processing times for finishing dental prostheses with the DLyte Mini.
Since launching in 2023, GPAINNOVA has sold more than 100 DLyte Mini units, contributing to a global installed base of over 1,000 DLyte polishing devices in the dental industry. With DLyte Mini, dental professionals can achieve consistent mirror-finish results with precision, efficiency and sustainability.
The GPAINNOVA booth ( D018/E019) is located in Hall 2.2 of IDS. More information can be found at www.dlyte.com.
