Esnan named Amann Girrbach’s first Diamond Partner

Amann Girrbach’s partner programme is structured to identify clinics and laboratories that have integrated its digital workflow into daily operations. The diamond tier is based on the use of Amann Girrbach solutions across scanning, design, materials and milling, indicating that the partner has built key parts of its clinical and laboratory workflows around the manufacturer’s ecosystem rather than incorporating individual products only.

The partnership encompasses both Esnan Dental Clinics and Esnan Digital Laboratory, the in-house production facility based at the clinic group’s Skyland branch in Istanbul. The laboratory handles the design and manufacture of restorations within the clinical environment, using Amann Girrbach’s CAD/CAM systems and materials across a caseload that includes single-unit restorations, implant-supported prostheses and full-arch rehabilitations.

The clinical rationale for in-house production

According to Amann Girrbach, the decision to build a fully integrated in-house laboratory reflects a clinical approach centred on quality control and consistency. When design, milling and finishing take place in the same facility as treatment, the feedback loop between clinician and technician is shortened. Material choices, occlusal adjustments and shade decisions can be addressed during treatment rather than through a multi-day external laboratory cycle.

Amann Girrbach’s Ceramill system forms the core of the digital workflow at Esnan Digital Laboratory. Its materials, including monolithic zirconia options designed for dimensional stability during sintering and consistent optical properties in clinical use, are intended to support predictable production in a busy, multi-clinician environment.

A collaboration in digital dentistry

The diamond partnership is structured as a collaboration between Amann Girrbach and its partner, extending beyond product supply to include technical support, training resources and participation in Amann Girrbach’s wider network of clinical and laboratory expertise. As part of the partnership, Esnan is expected to serve as a training centre for Europe and the Middle East, providing a base for hands-on education and professional development programmes across the region.
