COLOGNE, Germany: Opening at full capacity for the first time since the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2023 International Dental Show (IDS) is slated to be a well-attended event. Starting tomorrow, the show expects over 2,000 exhibitors from over 50 countries and more than 160,000 attendees. Providing cutting-edge advancements and new perspectives for clinicians, laboratories and organisations from around the world, IDS at Koelnmesse is also a great opportunity for teams to learn together with expert guidance.
After a reduced show size in 2021, the 40th edition of the show will offer expanded solutions for the issues dental practitioners face every day and options for long-term decisions such as modernisation, large-scale investments in technology and practice management. Whether evaluating the decision to transition to a digital workflow or taking an existing workflow to a new level with artificial intelligence, attendees will have the chance to consult with specialists and industry experts before making any major changes.
Regardless of their dental specialty, attendees can expect the most up-to-date releases of products and programs to make clinical workflows more efficient in terms of both cost and time. For clinicians specialising in restorations, IDS will have everything on offer, including veneers and implants. With countless booths offering state-of-the-art developments in subtractive and additive manufacturing, clinicians can build their future at IDS with the treatment technology that suits them best. Top-secret innovations in ceramics, 3D printers, intra-oral scanners and more are slated for public release during the IDS programme, giving visitors to the fair the opportunity to try these new technologies before anyone else.
