Held online on 17 October in the DT Study Club platform, the Implants Symposium 2025 attracted more than 4,600 participants from around the world. The full-day continuing education event brought together leading experts to discuss new developments in oral implantology, focusing on digital workflows, implant stability and regenerative techniques.

Presentations included contributions from Dr Lawrence E. Brecht, who discussed digital approaches in complex maxillofacial reconstruction, and Dr Michael R. Norton, who examined resonance frequency analysis and implant stability quotient readings in immediate implant therapy. Other sessions addressed ridge preservation and bone regeneration using magnesium-based materials, advances in biomaterials and the application of fully digital workflows in full-arch rehabilitation.

Dental professionals who were unable to attend the live event can now view all sessions on demand at www.dtstudyclub.com. Each lecture is available free of charge, and participants can obtain one continuing education credit per session by completing the online lecture and the related evaluation.

The Implants Symposium forms part of Dental Tribune International’s series of online specialty symposia, designed to provide continuing education in key fields of dentistry. The series will continue next year with events dedicated to cosmetic dentistry and facial aesthetics, digital dentistry and artificial intelligence, CAD/CAM, 3D printing, implantology, aligner therapy and endodontics.
