COPENHAGEN, Denmark: The Cellerant “Best of Class” Technology Award is presented annually to companies who are leading the way with innovative technologies that are shaping the future of their respective industries. This year, 3Shape has won the award for its TRIOS 4 intra-oral scanner. It marks the eighth year in a row that 3Shape has earned this accolade.
“The Cellerant ‘Best of Class’ Technology Award recognises dental technologies that are shaping and contributing to the future of our profession. As an eight-time winner, 3Shape continues to lead the market with its cutting-edge innovation and easy-to-use functionality,” said Dr Lou Shuman, “Best of Class” Technology Awards founder and Cellerant Consulting Group CEO.
Launched in 2013, TRIOS is the world’s only wireless intra-oral scanner. Renowned for its documented accuracy, scanning speeds and ease of use, the digital impression solution provides dental professionals with an open ecosystem of workflow and partner integrations. With TRIOS, they have access to implant, orthodontic and sleep device providers, as well as to practice management solutions. Additionally, there are open and trusted manufacturing options with 3D printers and milling machines.
“We are very proud and excited to win the award again this year. The Cellerant ‘Best of Class’ award is so important because winners are determined by doctors and dental industry professionals. A big thank you to the Cellerant panel for their recognition and consideration,” said 3Shape CEO Jakob Just-Bomholt.
