Joinville, SC, Brazil FGM DentsCare became the first Brazilian company to launch a year-long global advertising campaign through Dental Tribune International (DTI), which includes ads in Latin American and European publications, as well as in DTI's show daily papers such as IDS Today, published at the largest dental expo in the world in Cologne, Germany.  

The Brazilian company Exports Manager Alexandre Hashimoto said that Dental Tribune International is the ideal media to promote FGM products, since it has over 100 publications worldwide which reach 600,000 dentists.

The FGM campaign includes advertising in DTI editions published in Latin America, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Germany or Croatia, as well as in Today show daily newspapers distributed at expos in Poland, Mexico, Chile, Rio de Janeiro, Córdoba, Argentina, and in the FDI World Dental Daily, the official journal of the FDI - World Dental Federation published by DTI. The 2011 FDI Annual World Dental Congress will take place in Mexico City.

FGM has a highly qualified team of researchers and first class facilities. The company has established itself as the main manufacturer of quality dental materials in Brazil due to the rigorous research process they subject all products to and the high quality they provide.

FGM is widely recognized for its wide line of tooth bleeching materials called Whiteness, the enamel and dentin adhesive Ambar, the NanoP desensitizing agent or the cement for brakets Orthocem.

The fact that Brazilian guru of cosmetic dentistry Dr. Luiz Narciso Baratieri uses their products attests to their high quality. Baratieri has conducted comparative research on FGM tooth whitening products at Santa Catarina Federal University and frequently lectures on his methods and results.

The growth of the company, directed by Fred and Bianca Mittelstadt, started in Brazil where they have a large share of the market. FGM obtained government research grants and its fourth building is pretty much finsihed here in the shouthern city of Joinville, in the Santa Catarina State.

Later on the company expanded to Latin America through promotional tours with well-known clinicians, and is now reaching Europe. FGM's global ad campaign is a telling sign of the rapid international growth of Brazilian companies.

The economic growth of the country in the last eight years has been nothing less than remarkable. Add to this the fact that Brazil will be the venue for the 2014 World Cup and for the 2016 Olympic Games, with all the construction this entails -- two new airports, highways, etc --, and it's easy to see why Brazil will be soon one of the main economic players in the world.
