NEW YORK, U.S.: This year taking place from Nov. 23 to 28, the Greater New York Dental Meeting (GNYDM) not only is one of the largest dental congresses in the world, but also is one of the very few that do not charge a registration fee. Besides an array of the most highly regarded educators in the field of dentistry, the event will feature more than 600 exhibitors, once again offering a broad range of possibilities for any dental professional.
GNYDM 2018 is also offering a greatly expanded World Implant Expo, the fourth Annual Global Orthodontic Conference, the 3D Printing Conference, the Oral Health Symposium, the Pediatric Summit and Dental Laboratory Education. With a choice of full- and half-day seminars, essays, hands-on workshops, glass-enclosed workshops on the exhibition floor, and a live patient demonstration area, the six-day congress is set to exceed the 2017 attendance numbers of 52,000.
At this year’s event, GNYDM’s newly elected general chairman Dr. Lauro Medrano-Saldaña, is looking to cultivate international growth and strengthen new partnerships with both domestic and global dental organizations. Additionally, he plans to increase the overall attendance to more than 60,000.
Owing to the congress being held in New York, GNYDM believes it is the perfect place to bring the family leading up to the holiday season, offering a unique opportunity to learn, enjoy the wonders of the Big Apple and socialize with peers.
