BASEL, Switzerland: Medical Insights, a provider of clinical and scientific content, and the Oral Reconstruction Foundation recently announced the global launch of INSIGHTS Dental, which they describe as a smart companion app for the professional world of oral reconstruction dentistry. The app is available to all dental professionals at no cost.

With INSIGHTS Dental’s pre-launch in April, attendees of the 2018 Oral Reconstruction Global Symposium benefited from event-exclusive features, such as programme updates, session discussions and the social wall. In addition, they gained access to a dedicated community that is already trusted by more than 120,000 surgeons worldwide in a range of medical specialities.

INSIGHTS Dental represents a personalised knowledge community in oral reconstruction dentistry, keeping members up to date with the latest developments in the dental world. It gives members immediate access to leading knowledge and a global community of like-minded practitioners and specialists. With content sourced from leading dental journals via PubMed, as well as from respected associations, INSIGHTS Dental members can interact with key opinion leaders and follow their collections, share their own knowledge and build a persistent record of their continuing professional development.

The app can be downloaded from the App Store and Google Play and enables dental professionals to use and synchronise their INSIGHTS across different devices. Additionally, the web app can be accessed on dental.insights.md.
