COLOGNE, Germany: Phrozen, a rapidly growing manufacturer of dental 3D printers, will showcase its latest innovations at the International Dental Show 2025, which opens tomorrow. Designed for accessibility, workflow biocompatibility and mass production, its lineup includes the Sonic CS+, LS+, CURE+, V-CURE, TRIM+ and its first metal printer—delivering cost-effective, precise and validated digital workflows for chairside and large-scale production.
Unlike conventional high-cost, closed material systems, Phrozen offers an open material platform, allowing users to choose the best resins for their needs. Its user-friendly approach eliminates trial and error, ensuring even first-time users achieve consistent, high-quality results. The Sonic CS+ enables printing in as little as 10 minutes, making it ideal for temporary restorations, surgical guides, occlusal splints and all-on-X dentures. Employing artificial intelligence, its DS Slicer automatically orients and supports models for efficient preparation.
Phrozen’s technology enables the production of high-quality dental models and restorations using advanced 3D printing.
The Sonic Cs+’s advanced 385 nm LCD screen and 22 μm XY resolution ensure exceptional precision, defining fine details and ensuring accurate fits for dental applications. With an optimised print time of around 45 minutes, same-day workflows become a reality for clinics and laboratories.
CURE+ delivers multi-wavelength flash curing for safe, uniform polymerisation in as little as 5 minutes, enhancing the strength and aesthetics of printed appliances. LS+ supports high-volume production, while V-CURE’s oxygen-free vacuum curing eliminates glycerin baths, ensuring a cleaner post-curing process. TRIM+ automates aligner trimming, reducing processing time to approximately 1 to 1.5 minutes per aligner.
Phrozen’s booth (F081) in Hall 11.3 will feature live demonstrations, expert insights and hands-on sessions in dental 3D printing. Free gifts will be available while supplies last.
