COLOGNE, Germany: As the International Dental Show (IDS) continues to unfold, Amann Girrbach, a leading innovator and full-service provider in digital dental prostheses, held a press conference to unveil a diverse range of cutting-edge innovations across multiple product categories.

At the event, Amann Girrbach presented an extensive portfolio, including new products and established innovations. This includes the revolutionary Ceramill Matron milling machine, further enhancements in the Zolid zirconia portfolio and the new Ceramill Approach, which enables automatic integration of intra-oral scanning data from leading devices into the Ceramill system. The portfolio is complemented by numerous innovations that will remain confidential until their unveiling at IDS.

Speaking to Dental Tribune International at the press conference, CEO Jürgen Kiesel emphasised the significance of IDS for the company: “For us, IDS is the most important show in the whole dental industry. We are excited to see our customers returning to the booth in large numbers, giving us the opportunity to connect with many people in the industry. Without IDS, it wouldn’t be the same.”

These thoughts were echoed by Falko Noack, Amann Girrbach’s vice president of research and development: “Armann Girbach is an innovative company. For us, IDS is a chance to show our innovations every two years, and for me, in research and development, it’s a special event, since it allows us to show a huge range of customers our new products and check whether these are of value to the customer.”
